Do you ever feel like you overshare?
Just have everybody all up in your business?
Overshare is my middle name.
I always want people to fully understand me, but I’m constantly on the fence between opening up and shutting up. I’ve experienced my words being used against me one too many times, especially in the workplace. I honestly give away too much of myself. I tell too much of my raw feelings without giving it thought. Those impulsions set me up! It’s almost like I don’t know when people are genuinely curious versus maliciously prying. Can I be mad if information ended up in the wrong hands? *eye roll*
In reading Co-star, because I’m a horoscope/astrology/sun and moon chart girlie, I learned that I should keep a “permeable barrier” between me and other people. Well… I looked up permeable. According to the Google *old lady voice*, it’s the allowing of liquids or gased to pass through.
Um.
So, I’m supposed to let people in?
